Day 1: SYDNEY- NARRANDERA  
Depart Nowra 6:00am, Kiama 6:30am, Wollongong 7:00am, Sutherland 8:30 and Strathfield 9:30am.  Morning tea stop at Mittagong then via the Hume and Sturt Highways to Narrandera with regular stops and picnic lunch en-route. Overnight motel accommodation with dinner in the motel dining room. (L,D)

Day 2: NARRANDERA – TANUNDA  
We have an early start today travelling across the expansive Hay plains, through the irrigated Riverland district and on to the  wine growing region in the Barossa Valley SA. Our overnight motel accommodation is in Tanunda with dinner in the motel dining room.

Day 3:  TANUNDA – PORT LINCOLN    
A later start today with mid morning stop en-route to Wallaroo. Here we board the Sea SA car ferry for the 3 hour crossing of the Spencer Gulf to Cowell on the Eyre Peninsula (lunch at own expense on ferry). The afternoon drive to Port Lincoln is highlighted by a scenic coastal drive along back roads through Port Neill with very attractive coastal scenery. Centrally located motel accommodation in Port Lincoln for the next 3 nights. Dinner tonight in the motel dining room.

Day 4:   PORT LINCOLN HIGHLIGHTS     
Port Lincoln is a large regional centre on the shores of Boston Bay and is best known for its lucrative aquaculture industries, booming surf beaches and Great White sharks. We begin today with an informative tour of the town before taking our 4WD coach out along a rugged coastal track to see the southernmost tip of the Eyre Peninsula and the wild landscape of crevasses, cliffs, caves and blowholes. After lunch we cruise the waters around the bay to see at close hand Australia’s largest tuna fleet and tuna farming industry. The experienced and enthusiastic crew will share their years of knowledge about this multi million dollar industry along with the fascinating history of this area.

Day 5:  FREE DAY IN PORT LINCOLN      
A free day today to spend at your leisure (own expense). There are numerous local attractions, galleries, museums, cruises etc to be enjoyed.

Day 6:  PORT LINCOLN – STREAKY BAY   
A great day of highlights including Elliston’s Great Ocean Drive with spectacular scenery and amusing array of sculptures on permanent display. We drive to the site of Australia’s only mainland colony of sea lions and observe them from a cliff top viewing area and also see the unique granite formations known as Murphy’s Haystacks. Tonight’s motel accommodation overlooks Streaky Bay.   (B,L,D)  

Day 7:  STREAKY BAY – EUCLA  
A
fter visiting Ceduna today we head out on to the vastness of the Nullarbor. As we near the SA/WA border the road runs right along the cliff tops of the Great Australian Bight and we stop several times for viewing/ photo opportunities. Last highlight today is a visit to the old telegraph station at Eucla that is being slowly engulfed by the ever-shifting sand dunes. Tonight we stay in a motel high on the limestone bluff overlooking the coastal plain and the Eucla National Park.  (B,L,D)

Day 8:  EUCLA – ESPERANCE    
We travel the longest stretch of straight road in the world today and stop in the gold mining town of Norseman and see the workings from a great lookout point. From here to Esperance is through attractive cereal cropping country. We settle in to our centrally located motel for the next 3 nights.

Day 9:  HIGHLIGHTS OF ESPERANCE  
Esperance is very popular due to it’s even climate, stunning coastal scenery, azure blue water, squeaky clean white sandy beaches and great fishing. We see the best of this when we drive our 4WD coach along the beaches and visit Cape Le Grand National Park with it’s jewel being perhaps the prettiest beach in Australia at Lucky Bay. Learn of the fascinating history of the area that has been visited by European navigators for many centuries. Later we drive the stunningly scenic Great Ocean Drive and Pink Lake. (B,L,D)  

Day 10:  FREE DAY IN ESPERANCE      
A free day to spend at your leisure (own expense). Numerous tours, scenic flights, cruises and attractions to choose from.

Day 11:  ESPERANCE – ALBANY  
Travel through rich cereal growing areas and the scenic Stirling Ranges National Park to Albany - the oldest European settlement in WA overlooking the calm waters of King George Sound. Settle in to our motel accommodation for the next 2 nights.

Day 12:    HIGHLIGHTS OF ALBANY      
We start our town tour with a drive up to the highest point in Albany on top of Mt Clarence for great views of the town and King George Sound. See the Desert Corps memorial that was re-located here from Egypt and commemorates the use of this area for the assembly of the great shipping convoys carrying Australian troops off to the First World War. Next we drive around the shores of Frenchmans Bay to the old whaling station that ceased operating in 1978 and is now a fascinating whaling display centre (lunch at own expense). On return we stop at Stoney Hill Lookout, old water wheel and the blowholes. (B,D)  

Day 13:  ALBANY – PEMBERTON    
Today we experience some of the magnificent forest that the south-west corner of WA is world famous for. The Tree Top Walk in the Valley of Giants is a great way to appreciate the enormous Tingle trees and is accessible to all levels of fitness. We also drive along forestry tracks to the Giant Tingle Tree and Forestry walk. Next two nights in motel accommodation in Pemberton.

Day 14:  PEMBERTON        
We visit the Gloucester Tree with it’s fire lookout on top and 60 metre laddered spiral metal “stairway” to the top - not for the faint hearted! Next highlight is a relaxing journey through the scenic landscape and forests of Karri and Marri aboard the Pemberton Tramway. Afternoon is fress to explore this pretty township.

Day 15: PEMBERTON – PERTH   
This morning we travel to the most south-westerly point in WA on Cape Leeuwin. Here we have a guided inspection of the historic Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse with spectacular views of the rugged coastline and turbulent waters where the Indian and Southern Oceans meet. From here we head into Perth via Margaret River, Busselton, Bunbury and Mandurah. Our final night on tour is highlighted by a special farewell dinner at our centrally located city hotel

Day 16:   PERTH – HOME PORTS      
After breakfast we disperse, with arrangements for return journey made by travellers to suit (not included in the tour price).
