"BUSH LODGE ACCOMMODATION"

Bishops exclusive "Bush Lodge" can best be described as a luxury portable tent village. It was developed by Bishops Australian Adventures to provide travellers with the highest standard of temporary accommodation in the remote regions where established accommodation is either not available or far too expensive.
The "Bush Lodge" packs away for travel into a separate truck and is transported ahead of the tour group and erected ready for the group's arrival each evening by the support crew. The "Bush Lodge" is established close to facilities in various locations.

Features of the "Bush Lodge"
• Spacious cabin twin share tents (10' x 8') with heavy duty vinyl floors and large, airy gauzed windows. The interior height
allows you to stand up and move about.
• Portable tent lighting.
• Comfortable, easy to unfold beds with sprung base and foam mattress (erected by passengers). Beds are approximately
45cm off the ground providing easy height to get up or down, storage for luggage underneath and a seat for putting on
   shoes etc.
• Passengers are required to bring their own sleeping bag/sheets/blanket/pillow.
• Ablutions trailer with flushing toilet (most overnights are in established campground with good facilities). The ablutions trailer
is towed behind the coach on most outback tours and the toilet is available when stopped in remote areas where permanent
  amenities are not available.
• Large marquee with dining tables, director style chairs and good night lighting system.
• A well equipped galley including refrigeration, battery banks with 240v invertors, BBQ and cook top, water tank, general
  equipment and food storage etc.
• Charging facilities most nights for batteries etc.
